Healthy Summer II: Evil Rays of The Sun

The obsession with getting a perfect tan can lead to committing certain indiscretions and spend too many hours in the sun or throw us sunscreen. The long-term consequences are more serious, since our carelessness can lead to cancer, but short term we may also troubled by allergies and burns.

Solution: Soak up the sun while minimizing the risks. How?

* Avoid sun exposure between 12 and 16 hours, as they are more dangerous radiation.
* Use a sunscreen that specifies that protects you against UVA and UVB rays, and is water resistant. Use appropriate skin factor to your skin, at least, at least factor 15.
* Lie cream half an hour before sun exposure and renewed at least every three hours.
* Continue to use sunscreen if your skin is already dark. Remains appropriate to use at least factor 15.
* Clouds do not protect you from the sun, and even misses some rays umbrella. If you go to the beach, always use sunscreen.
