Cholesterol Diet

To reduce high cholesterol levels and keep them in the appropriate level, the first step is to establish a proper diet.

Dietary recommendations that then we are useful both for the patient with high cholesterol levels and for anyone who wants to follow a healthy diet even though their cholesterol levels are normal.

1. Reduce fat intake to no more than 30% of total calories from the diet. Fats can be of several types:
* Saturated fats: They are those that favor the deposition of LDL cholesterol in the arteries. It is found mainly in the animal kingdom, fatty meats, sausages, milk, cheese, butter, etc. And in some vegetable oils such as coconut and palm.
* Polyunsaturated fats: They are those that protect against atherosclerosis because they produce significant decreases in total cholesterol l and that of LDL and HDL. They must be supplied by the diet because the body is unable to synthesize them. Found in some vegetable oils and oily fish special.
* Monounsaturated fats: Increases HDL cholesterol and is found in olive oil.

Stages of Cellulite

There is only one type of cellulite, but it can be in different stages. We have divided these into 4 stages based on our experience and research in this field.

1.First Stage
The first stage of cellulite is formed of fatty tissue under the skin (subdermalt fats). Adipose tissue begins to agglomerate and the body’s smallest blood vessels and lymph are partially destroyed so that the throughput is limited. The skin is not the nutrition it needs. Water begins to seep out of the broken capillaries. Fat cells begin to swell to 2-3 times its original size and they start to “lump” them together to harder balls. On stage one is the outer skin (epidermis) is still fresh and well-functioning, the deeper layer (dermis) is still quite functional. Still, there are no visible signs of the formation of cellulite. Treatments for Cellulite

Should be chosen formulations containing active ingredients which act on the 3 components involved in the development of cellulite: the microcirculation, fat and connective tissue.

Products used for treatment of cellulitis are made out of various herbal extracts and other active substances, including some vitamins.

For the most part, contain:

Centella asiatica (Hydrocotyle asiatica): it acts by protecting the vascular tissue. Stimulates the biosynthesis of collagen.

Ginkgo biloba: has a high concentration of antioxidants and stimulating circulation.

Fucus vesiculosus: a seaweed is rich in amino acids, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. It has iodine, the effect on metabolism makes it advisable in cellulite treatments. Activates the metabolism of cells and thus helps to remove accumulated toxic elements.

Retinol: is the active form of vitamin A that stimulates cellular activity.

Salicylic Acid: prevents the entry of glucose into the fatty tissue.

Escin: favors lipolysis.

Glycerin-silicone oil: moisturizes the skin.

Thermal water: rich in minerals and trace elements with soothing properties, anti-irritants and decongestant.

Bioactive a / Y: lipid-lowering system comprising the bioactive ae Y acts directly blocking NPY receptors and a2 (which are primarily responsible for fat storage), thus enhancing the continuous disposal. A decrease in the thickness of adipose tissue and a tonic that gives more firmness to the skin. Reduce the orange peel appearance.
