To get out of depression must be willing to come out of depression.

Seems obvious and common sense, but if I have previously compared the depression like a maze that takes away the desire to get it is why, depression takes away the urge to get out of it, surely you know that you can listen to music or singing elevate your mood, but you do because you just do not feel like listening to music or singing.

The latter is like considering you’re too sick to go to the doctor.

This is the great problem of depression: Many hope to improve our mind to do something to help us overcome the depression rather than start doing something for this activity to improve our mood and help us to overcome depression.

The following are some ways to overcome depression:

1 .- He begins to hear the music more lively and cheerful you know .- No need to feel like listening to music, just do it, once you start listening I assure you it will be easier letting go, better if you have some type of music selected by state of mind that you feel.

2 .- Start doing your favorite exercises .- Do not say “do exercise”, but “make your favorite exercises” are exercises that you might not strive much but they are nice, ideally tuvieras and a selection of your favorite exercises .

3 .- Change your body posture .- A youth who are about to commit suicide and call the phone support is given certain instructions from which include looking at the floor and not seek to be placed in the middle of a public place and not in a corner if they speak on a cell phone Why? because the mood is closely related to our posture and physiology.

Read something inspiring 5 .- .- I have time to read personal development books, I’ve been in various states of mind while read, sometimes hungry, sometimes boring and depressed, but I will not lie or later was early a date or a phrase that brought me back some self-esteem and improved my mood, buy a couple of inspirational books, picture books and stories can be like the series Chicken Soup for the Soul, or essay-type books where the author is expressing very good truths of life, personally I would recommend you purchase a pair of books by John Mason and also have a diary in which compile the best quotes from different authors.

7 .- Put your favorite music to dance .- If you can not dance I think you should consider it, dancing is a great way to change our mood.

8 .- She started to sing the best songs you know .- Singing is a great way to relieve stress and depression, there are songs that truly make you “live” while you sing.

9 .- Start enjoying the pleasures that make life worthwhile .- What things energize you? What activities do you enjoy? What are the things that make you continue if you start to use up all your energy?, Dancing, singing, reading or listening to music are some of these more common but can be many more just that we would never use them when we are depressed .

10 .- Surround yourself with positive people .- While you may be among many people and feel alone, as it is also possible to be alone and feel connected to others to be with other people helps overcome ladepresión because our mind is biologically programmed to associate the state of loneliness the danger, did you know that one of the strongest psychological torture that was used in the war was prolonged isolation?, worst of this torture is leaving long-term psychological consequences so severe that had to apply special treatments to those who were subjected to such torture.
