No More Boring Treadmill

Everybody at my gym is always at the treadmill. While there are televisions mounted to the wall, it is still the most boring exercise ever. I began looking at circuit training programs that I could do at home. At least my TV is better there, if nothing else.

I found two excellent circuit training programs, Slim in Six and ChaLEAN Extreme at Extreme Body Workout that were the best circuit training programs that I have encountered. I chose circuit training because it allows you to keep your heart rate up, so you get the same benefits as the person who walks or jogs all those long boring miles on the treadmill. You get varied exercises with different routines that help make the time go faster.

Both Slim in Six and ChaLEAN Extreme are designed to build muscle tone and strength. Circuit training builds muscle tone in far less time than aerobic exercise so you won’t have to spend long hours in the gym. Now you will be able to spend your time doing the things that you never seemed to have time for. This can include things that you never thought you would have the energy for either like hiking up a mountain or playing a sport that you previously couldn’t keep up with before.
