My Fish Oil Review

I saw a consumer health segment of the news where people were interviewed about taking fish oil supplements containing omega 3 fish oils. Everyone who was interviewed claimed that their lives had changed for the better after taking fish oil supplements. People claimed that the fish oil supplements made their moods better, helped combat depression, and they were helping to prevent heart attacks and strokes by preventing clots. I couldn’t keep track of all the benefits these people were claiming that omega 3 fish oils had produced.

I don’t really like any fish or seafood but salmon so I was sure that I wasn’t getting enough Omega 3 fish oils. Salmon is too expensive to eat everyday, I was lucky if I had it once a week.

I started taking fish oil supplements about 4 months ago. I do feel better, my mood has improved overall. There are no negative effects that I can notice, so I will continue taking the fish oil supplements. I get them online, so it is convenient. I know I can’t feel other benefits like heart health at my age, but I am sure my mood is better because my friends tell me so all the time.
