I like reading the pros and cons of this diet delivery plan. Bistro MD is supposed to gave great food, and the reviews do say that you won’t be bored with the choices. The breakfasts sound great, with choices like raspberry pastries, honey oat waffles and poppy seed bagels.
This was really tempting me to order. I am thinking of a meal delivery plan because the one supermarket near my home has very limited choices. I also read in this great review of the Bistro MD diet delivery plan that the calories are listed on each package, so you know exactly the number of calories that you are ingesting each day. I would really prefer that Bistro MD count the calories, not me. I always underestimate.
The meal delivery plan looked really good, none of the cons really applied to me. Then I saw the price. It is $138 plus shipping for 7 days worth of meals. I suppose that is not too bad if Bistro MD delivers gourmet diet food, the low calorie and sugar-free foods do cost more. I will certainly keep the diet delivery plan in mind. Check this website before starting any meal delivery plan, it is really worthwhile.
